Our antiques in Würzburg (Frankonia)!
A couple of entrepreneurs from Würzburg asked us to develop a design and furnishing concept for the newly acquired residence.
An already existing collection of English antiques should be integrated in the best possible way and optimable supplemented. First a colour-concept for the individual rooms was developed together. The existing parquet floor was complemented by high white skirting boards and corresponding stucco elements on the ceilings. Suitable crystal chandeliers were provided and assembled for all rooms. Furthermore, the textile interior design was planned and realized to match the wall colors, corresponding window decorations were made and furniture has been fittingly upholstered.
A special highlight was the installation of a Louis Quinze style fireplace in marble with a matching mirror and corresponding fire gilded wall-appliques. Marcus B. Pecher personally supervised all the work to beperformed on site.
