The buliding complex should be carefully renovated, according to the critereas of monumet protection and even be equipped with contemporary comfort. The new proprietors wished, however, also an authentic room decor that meets the tradition and the style of the historical ensemble. For this purpose they turned to the interior designer and art dealer Marcus B. Pecher, who already had many creative ideas on his first visit on sight. So he became the exciting order to realize the entire planning and also designing the copmpleat interior in detail. In all measures, Marcus B. Pecher always placed the greatest emphasis on the preservation of the original substance. Among other things, antique floorboards have been exposed, the beautiful original windows from the 19th cenntury have been extensively restored and a magnificent open fireplace was restored to function. By furnishing and interior design he was able to choose everything from the abundant pool of his own assortment.
