Our Antiques in Venice
A family from the USA for which Marcus B. Pecher had already equipped and furnished a country house near Boston/Massachusetts a few years ago, contacted us again to take care of the “Belle-Etagé” of a Palazzo in Venice, which the family uses as a holiday residence, to create a coherent interior according to the style and history of the building. Particular attention was paid to the fact that the wall design and all the objects used had a natural patina to give the impression that the interior has remained unchanged for centuries. Antique wooden wall pannels were purchased in France and also installed a Louis Qinze fireplace in marble. With special antique carpets and textile interior design as well as an eclectic mix of 18th-century English and French antiques, all the wishes of the clients were fulfilled to the utmost satisfaction.
